Can't speak to a live person. Very frustrating.

The PD tool is not working properly on the website. I cannot get my glasses ordered because I can't speak to someone.

I tried chat and tried calling, but no luck. Terrible customer service.

Do not recommend

I do not recommend ordering from this company. You do not receive your order on time.

As the consumer you have to do a lot of extra work to find out why you didnt receive it when promised. Customer service gave me multiple numbers to reach out to.

I am paying you for a product why I am spending time doing your work? Only to find out it is lost.

Said I signed up for a membership, but I never did sign up for a membership and they won’t take the fee off. I need help with this.

I never did authorize them to take money out of my card for a membership fee and theyre not giving me back my money. I need help with this issue and I will not buy from pair eye ware ever again.
