Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Still waiting
I ordered top wear glasses, not knowing that they weren't actually glasses. When I realized this, I canceled the order.
Although the order was supposedly canceled, I received the product and was charged. I would like a full refund and need to return the product.

Very easy. She took care of the problem immediately. Please be aware this problem was an error on my part.
When I put my RX in I didnt put in PD distance. They sent me a notice within hours.
I couldnt find a way to update it on line so I emailed back. It never updated so over the week twice I gave it to the virtual helper.
Nothing. I called customer service and within minutes she was able to fix it.

I had ordered some toppers and I immediately tried to correct the shipping address by emailing them, as it was the only option for contact. They didn't ship my order for two weeks, but the whole time I was sending emails to correct my delivery address, I never received any response back.
So, my toppers were sent to a timeshare that nobody will be in for six months. I'm sure that they're gone for good.
I'm very unhappy with the communication with customer service. It's pretty much nonexistent.

My order
I ordered base frame and sunglass topper gave them information about my eye doctor so they could get my prescription they advertised in their add 60dollar frames and 30 dollar topper
I knew I would have to pay extra for my prescription they quoted me 311dollars for my order
Then the next day they advertised that if you spend 200dollars you can get a free topper
So I called and asked for a free topper since I spent over 200 and was told that it wasnt available for me because of restrictions on my order
I told them the add does not say anything about it and I said I should receive a free topper
I havent been able to contact anyone and dont know if they canceled my order

I called to change my lens and asked how much more I was going to get charged. The price then doubled up to almost 500 dollars.
I canceled my order!
I already paid 208 dollars last night! So then I went back to the website and redid the order; it came out to be 314.00 dollars, so I would have to pay the difference of 106.42, which I would have done, but to tell me it was going to be another 400.00 dollars, no way!
