Will I ever receive my order?
I was told one week production and 5-7 days for delivery. Im over two weeks out and my order is still not even made yet.
After I emailed asking about my order I got a reply saying there was a processing delay due to an unexpected issue. How vague can they be? I want my order or a refund.
Even just a straight and clear explanation would be helpful. I feel like Im being yanked around.

I placed an order for a pair of glasses and two toppers. The order was placed in August 2025.
I was contacted about my PD not appearing on the prescription. I did the measurement per their instruction and I sent the PD measurement. I've heard nothing since, sent emails, and attempted to call many times. My glasses were nearly $500, so yes, I do want them and I appreciate your tracking down my order and sending them to me.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company, its products, and customer service
I made an order within the last week. I went to check the status and noticed that Pair needed my pd# to continue to process my order. Then, I saw that a brand new, limited time frame had just popped up. It was exactly what I had been wishing Pair would make!
I called Pair, and I was quickly connected with a live agent. She took the time to see if my glasses had been started. Nope. They were waiting on my PD.
She checked to see if I could change the frame from what I originally ordered to the new pink glitter clear. I could! She quickly changed it and voila! I emailed Pair with my PD numbers, and that's it!
Thank you for allowing me to change! Thank you for kind representatives! Thank you for excellent customer policies!
Any issues I have ever had, Pair has been prompt and has done their best to help me! Thank you!

It was a little difficult to find a customer service number to call rather than do the chat etc, BUT, I found it. I was redirected quickly by the CSR Bot, to the live agent! She was friendly, efficient, & prompt. She worked to check if she would be able to fix my situation and she was! Anytime I have ever had a problem, Pair has helped me and I have had excellent outcomes! They tells me that if they CAN help you in anyway, they WILL! No run around! No quick “no, I’m sorry there is absolutely no way”, etc. twice have spoken with a live agent since my 3 years of having Pair. Always a pleasant experience! thank you thank you thank you!

My lens is falling apart and I can't wear my glasses. I tried to call and email several times and have yet to hear anything at all back from them.
There is only AI to talk to and not a real person.
I'm beyond frustrated. I have spent a lot of money on your products and you seem to not take care of the customer.

The PD tool is not working properly on the website. I cannot get my glasses ordered because I can't speak to someone.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They replaced the missing products.
Work with them! They responded and handled my complaint.
When I received my order, I was missing the eyeglasses I purchased and only received some of the toppers. When I contacted them, they told me the whole order was delivered.
It was not.
I was missing the eyeglasses and 2 toppers. Pair is working with me now to correct the situation.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Apologies and product replacement as promised.
I was able to finally reach out to someone.. a real person for once, not an auto bot or email.
It's amazing how she was able to get my item sent out in minutes when I struggled for WEEKs to get a response! I received my tracking information yesterday for my shipment and today received a notification from shop saying my shipment will be here Tuesday.
She was very kind not rude at all. It's because of her that I'd reconsider remaining a repeat customer.
Per their policy, it only takes 3-5 business days for a topper-only order. Well, that's a huge lie! I didn't get any part of my order until April 4th, and I'm still waiting on my topper they originally promised me! When I reached out to them, they initially said, 'Oh sorry, your topper is on back order.
You can either get a replacement, get a store credit, or a refund.' Well, because I've placed so many orders with them before, I didn't think they would treat me so badly. They didn't include the topper they promised, then proceeded to ignore my emails and requests through their auto bot. At one point, their auto bot would then tell me, 'Sorry, your order is stuck in the warehouse. Sorry for the inconvenience.' Then it went from that to, 'Sorry, we can't locate an order for you.
We will reach out to our team for you.' That was over a week ago. No response, no email, no call. Nothing at all. I've spent thousands with this company just to be ghosted.
Yet I can still receive their funky promotional emails? Wow, Paireyewear classic. I filed a BBB complaint, and I have yet to get a response from that either! Horrible!
Buyer beware; you may not get everything you paid for. They will take your money and not provide you the service that you paid for!
Order never came, you guys! And they will ghost you!

Now you're telling me it is going to be between the first and 8 December. However, it has been in Whittier, California, for nearly 2 weeks now, and they say it cannot be delivered.
